The TCS iON Digital Assessment Solution provides end-to-end services to configure and schedule examinations. This include creating online and offline assessments, configuring attendance and hall tickets, creating drives, managing exam slots, and assigning test centres to candidates. The solution also helps manage the distribution of question papers and the evaluation and results management processes. It provides the following support services.
Through this solution, candidates can complete the entire application procedure online. Required documents can be scanned and uploaded and fees can be paid online. Post authentication, candidates can download their hall tickets and book exam slots. The solution also offers mock tests for candidates.
After question papers are created, they are encrypted and uploaded to the iON data centre. The question paper are downloaded and decrypted just before the exam starts. The user-friendly software helps in creating multiple-choice, comprehension and linked answer type of questions.
Exams are conducted securely at certified test centres across the country. Exam officials have access to the command centre (web-based) solution for real time monitoring of exams. It tracks the pre- and post-exam activities, which ensures transparency in the exam process.
Patented solution to deliver secure computer-based exams, using the 256 bit encryption mode. The question papers are uploaded onto the iON data centre on the exam day, and the password to download papers is provided an hour before the exam.
